Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the refund and cancellation procedures for services provided by Gee Cee Advance Finance Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We are an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) with Registration Number B-11.00070 and CIN U67120JK1997PTC001632.
This Policy applies to processing fees, charges, and other payments made in connection with loan applications and financial services. Please read this Policy carefully before availing our services.
2. Processing Fees and Charges
When you apply for a loan or financial product, you may be required to pay:
- Processing Fees: Non-refundable fees charged for processing your loan application
- Administrative Charges: Charges for administrative and documentation services
- Valuation Charges: Fees for property or asset valuation (where applicable)
- Legal Charges: Fees for legal documentation and verification (where applicable)
- Other Charges: Any other charges as specified in the loan agreement
All applicable fees and charges will be clearly communicated to you before you proceed with the loan application. These charges are typically non-refundable once the processing has commenced.
3. Cancellation of Loan Application
3.1 Cancellation by Applicant:
You may cancel your loan application at any time before loan disbursement by providing written notice to us. However, please note:
- Processing fees and administrative charges are generally non-refundable once processing has commenced
- If cancellation occurs before we commence processing, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of processing fees
- Valuation charges and legal charges (if already incurred) are non-refundable
- You must return any documents or materials provided by us
3.2 Cancellation by Company:
We reserve the right to cancel or reject your loan application at any stage if:
- You fail to meet eligibility criteria or credit assessment requirements
- You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
- You fail to provide required documents within the specified timeframe
- You fail to comply with our terms and conditions
- We identify any fraudulent activity or risk concerns
- Regulatory or compliance issues arise
In case of cancellation by the Company due to reasons beyond your control (not including ineligibility or non-compliance), we may refund processing fees at our discretion.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Processing Fees Refund:
- Processing fees are generally non-refundable once processing has commenced
- If you cancel your application before processing commences, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to our discretion and administrative costs
- No refund will be provided if the loan is rejected due to ineligibility, false information, or non-compliance with terms
4.2 Valuation and Legal Charges:
- Valuation charges are non-refundable once valuation has been conducted
- Legal charges are non-refundable once legal documentation has been initiated
- These charges cover actual services rendered and cannot be refunded
4.3 Refund Processing:
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days from the date of approval
- Refunds will be credited to the same account or payment method used for the original transaction
- Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during refund processing may be deducted from the refund amount
- You will be notified via email or phone once the refund is processed
5. Loan Prepayment and Foreclosure
5.1 Prepayment:
You may prepay your loan in part or full, subject to the terms and conditions of your loan agreement. Prepayment charges, if any, will be clearly specified in your loan agreement and will be deducted from the prepayment amount.
5.2 Foreclosure:
Full foreclosure of the loan is allowed as per the terms of your loan agreement. Foreclosure charges, if applicable, will be specified in your loan agreement. Once the loan is fully foreclosed and all dues are cleared, no further charges will apply.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding refunds or cancellations:

- We will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days

- Special promotional offers or schemes with specific terms
- Regulatory requirements or changes in applicable laws
- Force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control
- Cases involving fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activities
Any exceptions will be clearly communicated to you at the time of service availing or as per the specific terms and conditions applicable to your loan product.
8. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The Policy applicable to your transaction will be the one in effect at the time of your payment or application.
